"I Can’t Recommend Genesee HVAC Enough."

I can't recommend Genesee HVAC enough. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They updated my whole system from an old oil burner to a new gas unit. My heating bills dropped from over $450-600 a month to a less than $40. The install was quick and clean. All the old stuff was hauled away. I had alot of questions and they took the time to answer and explain everything. Highly recommended!

"Gave Me a Very Competitive Price"

My furnace kept going out. I called a couple companies, including the company that installed it, about the problem with my furnace, was told I needed a new furnace. They quoted me a new furnace. I called Genesee Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote.

Ross said he’d run out and take a look at it. He gave me a very competitive price and said I really only needed a replacement heat exchanger and the old one was still under warranty. A day later the new heat exchanger was installed and my problem was gone.

"Would Recommend to Any of My Family and Friends"

Both Ross and Tom were extremely honest, professional, and timely. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent work and would recommend Genesee Heating and Air Conditioning to any of my family and friends in South Eastern WI looking for exceptional HVAC maintenance or replacement.
 

Originally (fall 2020) I called Genesee Heating and Air Conditioning to perform a tune-up and price out a replacement furnace and AC, as both Heil units were original to our home (~ 30 years a piece), and near end of life. When Ross came out to perform the tune-up he inspected the units and recommended not performing the tune-up as the units were truly at there end of life. He suggested that any repair would likely be fairly costly (due to part availability/age of equipment), and I agreed that I'd rather replace the units rather than chase any potential failures from the aged equipment. Ross drafted a quote for replacement units and had them to me the next day.
A little over a week later the induction motor on the furnace failed, and with temperatures approaching the teens to low 20's Ross offered to come out to replace the furnace so that we would have heat over the weekend, even with a busy schedule. Ross replaced the furnace Saturday morning and our house was extremely comfortable all weekend long.
Ross and Tom replaced the AC unit the Monday following the cold weekend and explained that one of them would be out in early spring to perform startup on the AC, as it was too cold, and remained too cold to start/test the AC. They both said the AC would be okay to use prior to the start up and that just a little fine tuning/optimization would be required in the spring. Tom performed the AC startup now that we've had warm enough weather to ensure proper / optimal function. All in all as stated above, an exceptional experience.

Ross helped us out at our rental property with the hydronic heat in our cement floors. The pipe had started to leak and was causing a water issue, he helped diagnose the problem and gave us amazing advice, and then proceeded to come to the rescue on his night off and helped us fix the issue. Standup man, excellent service, friendly, kind and willing to help people in need. Will definitely use Ross again and will recommend to all we know! Thank you so much!

Genesee HVAC is awesome. We have an INSANELY complex commercial hvac system at two locations, and we switched vendors to go with Genesee over a year ago. They came in, figured out the system, and we've been with them ever since. Very responsive, very professional, and excellent at explaining complex issues to non-HVAC people in a respectful, patient way. Highly recommended.

Genesee Heating and Air conditioning went above and beyond to help us out. Rossco came to our home found the issue in 5 minutes. Didn't have a new part on the truck do to part shortages. Installed a used one to get us heat in the house when we had single digits outside. Came back the following day installed the new one. Can't say enough about this company. "They Will Be Getting All My Business From Now On."

I did a lot of research to find a new furnace. I got a few estimates from some other big name places and the cost was astronomical to the point of absurdity. I called Genesee Heating & Air and after giving them the info on my old furnace, size of my home and explained to them what I was looking for they sent me a two estimates for two possible furnaces. I knew the brands they had on the estimates were good quality and I knew the labor costs were more than fair imo. I called and ended up talking with the owner Ross and asked him if he would like to come out and take a look first to make sure he felt like the estimate was appropriate. I felt like that even though covid is going on they shouldn't have to offer an estimate without actually seeing the job.

Ross came out, was on time,a nice and polite guy and gave me the same price and helped me to better understand the choices I was looking at...he actually pushed me toward the less expensive of the two because of how I use my home. It was refreshing to see someone that was actually more concerned about quality service and properly serving a customer instead of just making that extra buck.

A week or so later Ross came out himself to Eagle, Wi where I live and took what seemed like to me extra time to explain how this system would be an improvement over my last furnace. I also really wanted one of those nicer thermostats which I got and he took the extra time to show me how it worked and some of the neat things it could do.

At the end of the day I was very happy with the product and VERY happy with the price which NEVER changed one cent from the original estimate. Very nice people from beginning to end...I highly suggest them. I saw the other reviews and wondered if this guy could really be as good and as nice as other people made him out to be...yep it's all true. They will be getting all my business from now on.
